This is the collaboration site for North Carolina community college faculty and staff engaged with developing the employability skills of the individuals within their communities. The site contains teaching and learning resources and tools contributed from and available to the 58 community colleges to support students across the state.
The employability skills training curriculum is designed to promote the development and improvement of employability skills needed in the workplace.
